3. How to Submit a Notice
Send your notice to support@whatsonthestar.com. Please include:

- Identification of the protected work, photo, product image, trademark, likeness, privacy right, or other right at issue.
- The exact WOTS URL, item, outfit, image, account, or content identifier you want reviewed.

4. Review Process
WOTS may remove, replace, crop, restrict, disable, or investigate content while reviewing a complaint. We may ask for more information, contact the uploader or source where applicable, preserve records for legal reasons, or decline requests that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or unsupported.
A photo credit, source link, editorial context, disclaimer, or affiliate disclosure does not automatically resolve a rights complaint. WOTS reviews complaints based on the facts presented, applicable law, platform safety, and operational risk.
5. Counter-Notices
If content you supplied is removed after a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may contact WOTS with an explanation and supporting evidence. Formal counter-notice procedures apply only where legally available and appropriate. WOTS may decline to restore content that creates legal, safety, platform, or business risk.
6. Repeat-Infringer Policy
If WOTS hosts user-submitted public content, WOTS may terminate or restrict users who repeatedly infringe or repeatedly submit unlawful, non-consensual, or rights-violating content. WOTS may apply this policy to public or private submissions where appropriate, including AI Fit Pics uploads, generated results, profile content, support submissions, or any future public posting features.
7. DMCA Agent Status
WOTS accepts rights complaints through the process above. Unless WOTS publishes separate designated-agent details, notices should be sent to the contact email in this policy.
8. Contact
Rights notices and questions should be sent to support@whatsonthestar.com.
